Buff Steal Empty Buff Steal

I was testing characters today, and saw that soul hound is able to steal self buffs(which normally would be 2-5 minutes max) and keep them for 2 hours.

That causes major unbalances, could be fixed by making the stolen buffs disappear after X seconds
